The Jimi Heinrich Orchestra builds its sets through free improvisation, moving between jazz-funk, drum & bass and jungle. Everything is performed live and organically, with no samplers and no Ableton.

Born out of their own JimiJam series and performances on festival stages across Bonn, the band has built a loyal following and a vibrant community of musicians around them. Frequently invited as an opening act, they know how to capture a room from the very first note.

The Jimi Heinrich Orchestra bouwt zijn sets op vanuit vrije improvisatie en beweegt tussen jazz-funk, drum & bass en jungle. Alles wordt live en organisch gespeeld, zonder samplers en zonder Ableton.

De band ontstond uit hun eigen JimiJam-serie en optredens op festivalpodia in heel Bonn. Sindsdien hebben ze een trouwe aanhang en een levendige gemeenschap van muzikanten rond zich opgebouwd. Ze worden regelmatig geboekt als openingsact en weten een zaal vanaf de eerste noot mee te krijgen.
