Amazon & Europe 2027
The Espírito Mundo Residency Award 2027 is born from a partnership with the Pan-Amazonian FIDOC–EURODOC Lab Amazônia FiDoc — 11th Edition (2026, Pará, Brazil), a development and internationalization lab for documentary projects from the Pan-Amazon region.

Together with participants based in Brussels, they will develop an audiovisual project exploring the connections between the Amazon and Europe and their shared political, environmental and social challenges. The residency unfolds throughout the first quarter of 2027 in Brussels and culminates in a launch in Latin America and Europe.
